For example: The distillation pot has a total volume of 1.5 cubic meters, and the essential oil and floral water extraction equipment requires approximately 200 to 300 jin of raw materials per batch.
1. Equipment Parameters
This production line equipment consists of a distillation kettle, a rectification unit, primary and secondary condensers, a re-distillation system, an oil-water separator, an aroma extraction unit, an alcohol-accelerating and deodorizing unit, a viewing window equipped with a wiper, temperature and flow control valves, a stainless steel operating platform, a stainless steel non-slip ladder complete with anti-slip steps, a stainless steel process safety fence, RO reverse osmosis purified water, and a steam generator.
This device combines jacket heating of the distillation kettle with direct heating via pure copper steam pipes to purify water by distillation. The distillation kettle is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel that comes into contact with the material, while the internal steam coil consists of copper tubes and pure copper sieve plates.

3. Demister Filter: The filter has a diameter of Φ150mm and is a pipeline-flow type, featuring a flush-mounted installation. The demister is easy to clean and complies with GMP requirements.
4. Condensing tower: Horizontal or vertical condensation.
Pressure vessel: Design pressure: Atmospheric pressure; Operating pressure: Atmospheric pressure; Design temperature: 100℃; Operating temperature ≤ 45℃. Working medium: Secondary steam. Material: S30408.
Shell side: Design pressure: 0.3 MPa; operating pressure: atmospheric pressure; design temperature: 100℃; operating temperature: around 35℃. Working medium: cooling water. Shell-side shell body: δ = 3 mm / S30408.
5. Oil-water separator: SUS304 stainless steel tank body, glass sight glass, and dedicated oil-water separator. The tank volume is 80L, with a cylinder wall thickness of δ=3mm/S30408. Sealed piping for oil collection, sight glass for oil monitoring, and condensate collection piping.
The equipment occupies an area of 2m × 3m × 4.5m per unit.
